| 建議用法 | HIV infection: Adult, 300 mg QD. Renal impairment: Clcr 30-49, 300mg q48h; 300 mg twice weekly; Hemodialysis, 300 mg once weekly. Child, 2 month-＜8 yrs, initial 4 mg/kg/dose QD for first 14 days, if no rash or other adverse effects occur, increase dose to 7 mg/kg q12h, max. 200mg q12h;≧8 yrs, initial 4 mg/kg/dose QD for first 14 days, then increase dose to 4 mg/kg q12h, max. 200mg q12h. | 忘記服藥 處理方法 | 想起來時應立刻補服，若接近下一次服藥時間才想起時，就不要補服，在下一次服藥時間照平常的劑量服用。切記不可任意服用雙倍劑量，以免產生嚴重副作用。 |
