臨床用途	糖尿病
副作用	注射部位紅腫、硬結、低血糖症狀（噁心、空腹感、發冷汗、皮膚蒼白、心悸）等
建議用法	SC. Individualized per patient needs. Type 1 DM: Adult & Child, initial 0.5-1 iu/kg/day in divided doses. maintenance, 0.5-1.2 iu/kg/day. Type 2 DM: the goal ph therapy is to achieve an HbA1c＜7%, initial 0.2 iu/kg or 10 iu/day, may increase dose by 2-4 iu/day q3d until target blood glucose is within range. SC. Individualized per patient needs, the goal ph therapy is to achieve an HbA1c＜7%. Type 1 DM: Child, initial 0.5-1 iu/kg/day in divided doses. maintenance, 0.5-1.2 iu/kg/day.
注意事項	不可與含酒精之飲料併用；
衛教重點	1.定期監測血糖與糖化血色素(HbA1c)。 2.絕不可以靜脈或肌肉注射。 3.未開封於2-8℃冰箱冷藏。開封使用後或是攜帶作為備用時可不需冷藏，開封4週後就不可再使用。 4.用藥期間若發生低血糖症狀(心悸，冒冷汗，飢餓，頭痛頭暈)，先食用含糖飲料或糖果，仍未見改善時應即就醫。
保存條件	2-8℃,do not freeze. 開封後室溫可放30天，不可冷凍。
配置方法	SC，不須稀釋。
忘記服藥處理方法	想起來時應立刻補服，若接近下一次服藥時間才想起時，就不要補服，在下一次服藥時間照平常的劑量服用。切記不可任意服用雙倍劑量，以免產生嚴重副作用。
